To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 3 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 5 bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor. - AC, Wi-Fi, king-sized beds, and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - A spacious attached balcony with additional seating arrangements, overlooking the valley is offered in both rooms on the first floor. BATHROOMS - There are 5 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - 2 bathrooms offer separate dressing areas. COMMON AREAS - The living room is on the ground floor. It offers sofa-style seating for up to 12 people. - It is equipped with a portable music system, AC, TV and Wi-Fi access. - There are 2 dining areas, indoor and outdoor. - There is a dining area that is located near the lawn. - The lawn has an outdoor dining area that can comfortably seat up to 8 people. - There is a sprawling lawn, that can seat up to 50 people at any given time. - The villa has a private swimming pool, 25x7ft. in size and 4.5ft. in depth. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.  - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. - Outside meals and ordering in food is not allowed. However, in the case of meal packages being unavailable at our end, guests can choose to order in from the nearby restaurants. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 750, per person per day, exclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in-house. The maximum occupancy of the villa includes the staff members and the guests. ADDITIONAL COSTS  - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs.2000, per session, with an additional GST charge of 18%. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like carrom, cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk on the lawn amidst beautiful views or enjoy a game of badminton or cricket. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up and relish a hearty barbecue meal. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This is a pet-friendly property. However, please note that guests will have to pay a refundable deposit of Rs. 5000 for the same. - Guests are advised to be cautious while in the pool, given its depth. - The living room is not equipped with an AC. - There is a friendly dog residing at the property. - The stay is a part of a gated society. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio, Vi and Airtel work fairly well here. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. - Please note that consuming and ordering of outside meals is not allowed at the property.
