Modern contemporary designed Villa just walking distance from the beach stretch in Sanur and Bali Beach golf club. The villa has a garden with seating areas, bbq grill and homegym. Beside the villa is a pool (and whirlpool) too cool off in during a hot day. An in-house maid (Sari) will be cleaning daily and can cook on request (food is not included). All bedrooms have TV's and in the main living room there is a home cinema with playstation 4 (with VR) for kids (grown up and small). We have a parking spot behind the Villa and can arrange pick-up to and from the airport. We can also arrange a driver in case you wish to see the surrounding areas of Bali. The main bedroom has a 200x180cm bed, Guest bedroom 200x160cm bed. The kids room has two smaller beds and its possible to make bed arrangements in the upstair living room. In case of problems you may contact your dedicated maid Sari (she lives in a separate room in the house). She will then arrange for our handymen Agus or Komang will come to support. You may contact the owner via email or through your dedicated maid Sari. The villa is located in a very secure local area near the beach not far from KFC and Dunkin' Donut. It's only 5 minutes drive from Tamblingan and Sanur city centre. Bali Beach Golf Club is walking distance away and there are several restaurants and cafe's nearby. It's in close proximity to the boats departing to Lembongan (Lembongan is perfect for a day trip). Sanur is a perfect family location and not as busy as the other areas of Bali. However it is perfectly located for day trips to Ubud, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta and Nusa Dua. Sanur beach walk is nearby. This is a long, level walkway along beach makes this an ideal way to discover the sights, markets and cafes of the area. It's a perfect stretch to run along as well for the sportier guests. Walk past hotels, beautiful grounds, warungs, markets, spas, boats departing for outer islands. Great little row of warungs that locals frequent, smells of corn cooking draw you in. We walk this often when in Sanur and always discover a new delight. Sanur Beach Market Bar and Restaurant has eclectic mix of chairs and tables, plus beanbags on the beach, a reminder of Alice in Wonderland tea party - go for a look. Also don't miss to go to the Sanur nightmarket. This is only 5min away from the house with Taxi. There are also plenty of Yoga places in Sanur. The closest place is Umah Shakti Yoga Bali. Its has english speaking teachers and is a personal favourite. Also Power of now Oasis is worth a try but that place lies on the other end of the beach stretch. Currently a temporary construction is ongoing in the Neighboring plot. Hence our reduced pricing.
