The space Location is very near to: - Pagoh Toll Plaza North-South PLUS Expressway - Edu Hub UIAM, UTHM, UTM and Politeknik The house is: - 3R2B DOUBLE STOREY HOUSE - FULL AIR-CONDITION (without remote controller, pre-set 22-24celcius) - ALL BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM UPSTAIRS - Living room (aircond) - Bedroom 1 upstairs (aircond) - 1 queen bed - Bedroom 2 upstairs (aircond) - 1 queen bed - Bedroom 3 upstairs (aircond) - 1 queen bed - 2 bathrooms (both upstairs) - Kitchen with fridge & cooking appliances - Washing machine - Smart TV - WIFI Other things to note Please take note of the following: - All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. - No bedroom or bathroom downstairs. - House is Muslim-friendly. Pork/lard is not allowed in the house. - Kindly switch off aircond when not in use. - The air conditioner remote is not provided in the house due to several previous cases of damage to the remote and to the air conditioner caused by unsuitable settings. All air conditioners are set to an optimal temperature of 22-24°C, which is neither too cold nor too warm. - Strictly NO SMOKING inside the house - EV CHARGING IS NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT PERMISSION. Extra charge for EV charging. - 1unit CCTV placed at carporch outside the house for safety purpose.
