Convenient getaway but still close to Texas Tech, sporting events, numerous wedding venues, shopping, the Buddy Holly Museum, fine dining, and more. Enjoy this home as your private getaway. Close to fishing, hikes, and beautiful views. The space We have a covered secluded patio with tv and comfortable seating. Each bedroom has seating and plenty of room for you to relax. Upstairs has a cozy tv area. Downstairs has a well equipped kitchen open to dining and more living space. Guest access You are welcome to use the laundry room. Other things to note We appreciate your comfort and ask that you do not smoke at this home. Also, please remove your shoes at the door. Thank you! Lastly, no pets are allowed. Capacity for this home is no more than 7 guests. No parties or loud music as it is in a neighborhood and respect for neighbors is important.
