We are VERY close to shops, bars, and restaurants. A minute and a half walk to the pier.. Just a note, we are in a commercial area, so it can get loud at times during peak season...Sleeps 4 comfortably. pet friendly with no fee. ground unit Guest access There is a large shared covered deck great for relaxing and chatting with other guests. Quiet time is 11 pm. NO SMOKING INSIDE UNITS. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE CHARGED $350.SMOKING IS PERMITTED ON PATIO ONLY. PLEASE USE THE ASHTRAYS.Parking is extremely tight and limited to ONE VEHICLE PER APARTMENT... Extra vehicles must find parking OFF-site. Other things to note PLEASE BE aware we are in the commercial area. Weekends and beach season can be quite lively and noisy. Pets are not allowed on beaches or pier...Dogs must be on a leash and owners must clean up after their pets. Parking is extremely tight and limited to ONE VEHICLE PER APARTMENT. All other vehicles will need to park off the property. All of Tybee is pay to park. 8 pm to 8 am is free...download the Tybee parking app...pay at meters, and pay for all day at Paradise or Hotel Tybee. Unit E has 2 doors. Please use door closest to parking lot for self check in. This is where the key pad is located…parking for E is under the deck. Pull closest to the right side so other guest can get their luggage up the stairs without issues… PETS ARE ALLOWED...BUT ALL ANIMALS HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY ME AND I LIMIT THEM TO 2 PER UNIT...ALL PET RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED. PICK UP THE RUGS AND SET THEM ASIDE. NO PETS ON FURNITURE OR BEDS, AND DO NOT LEAVE ANIMALS UNATTENDED IN THE UNIT. ALL FURBABIES MUST BE CRATED IF LEFT ALONE.IF NOT FOLLOWED YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR EXTRA CLEANING. IF YOUR PET DESTROYES PROPERTY(FOR EXAMPLE, PEEING ON FURNITURE, RUGS, ECT) OR TEARS UP PROPERTY YOU WILL BE CHARGED. WE DO NOT OFFER LONG-TERM STAYS. MINIMUM STAYS OF 2 DAYS MAXIMUM 10 DAYS.
