Cntrl Phx.10 min walk to Lt. Rail 1

There is a cat and I will be gone August 30th until September 10. I would need you to feed my cat some canned food twice a day. Also you're welcome to stay in my downstairs bedroom with ensuite. The guest room is upstairs with a queen bed, walk in closet, dresser and leather chair and ottoman. It is close to the bathroom. There is a balcony and a privacy door at the top of the stairs. The space Stay in this renovated townhouse in Central Phoenix. I'm calling it subtle Mexican chic. The carpeted guest bedrooms are upstairs with an outside private balcony and privacy door at the top of the stairway. This bedroom has a queen sized bed and a walk in closet. There is a bathroom upstairs, with a nice bright skylight, which is private or shared if there are two guests from the same reservation. Clean linens and bath towels are available in this bathroom. There is a carport space for you which has a gate into my backyard. Guests may have access to the rest of the house, except for the downstairs bedroom. The house has tile, a newer kitchen, a downstairs bathroom and french doors out to a covered patio and garden Feel free to make coffee, prepare a meal, watch television in the living room, or enjoy the outdoor patio, including the grill and outside dining area. You can bring food into the house to prepare a meal, or we can share a meal. It will prevent me from eating cereal for dinner! Smoking is allowed outside. The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and quiet. The salt water pools are usually warm enough to swim in from May - October. Within one mile of the house are Target, Walmart, a public library, a small public golf course, a park, YMCA, grocery stores, shopping mall and restaurants. I-17 is a about a mile west of the house, there is a bus stop 1 block away, and the light rail is a 10 minute walk. Downtown Phoenix is about 7 minutes away by car. It is easy to get to this house on the light rail from the airport and the light rail is walking distance to my house. The light rail runs to downtown Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa. I am an active, semi-retired teacher. The cat is friendly, declawed, and neutered, The cat is an indoor/outdoor cat and friendly but not invasive. Your private or social behavior will both be respected by me. I will be in and out of the house but you will be able to reach me by telephone if you have any questions. Other things to note All guests must be fully vaccinated
