Villa Pagura - Chia

I renovated and furnished Villa Pagura with my summer holidays in mind: alternating life at the beach with life outdoors, in the garden. I left the interior spaces spacious, simple and well-kept. The villa can accommodate multiple families, staying in two separate apartments. The space Villa Pagura is on the top of one of the hills of Chia that separate the provincial road from the coastline. The large garden of about 1000 square meters surrounds the house, developing from the entrance of the villa, to the south, to the area north of the villa, on the border with the nature reserve. The garden has two pergolas, the one to the south, very convenient when you want to organize a barbecue in the double oven, and the one to the south that connects with the large kitchen of the main apartment. Two large masonry showers, with shower heads and hot water, will accompany your shower while you can enjoy the view of the mountains around Chia. Villa Pagura has a main apartment and a guest apartment with independent entrance for a total of about 200 square meters. Air conditioning and heating are available in both apartments. In the main one you will find a double room, a room with three beds, one of which is a bunk bed, and a room with a single bed (which allows, if necessary, the addition of a second bed). The arrangement of the beds can be rearranged according to your needs. There are three bathrooms in the main apartment. Two on the upper floor, one with a masonry shower and double sink and a third service on the lower floor, near the "open space" kitchen. A living room, two balconies and a large storage room complete this unit. The guest apartment has a separate entrance on the north side of the villa. Access directly to the kitchen that borders a first double bedroom (can be transformed into a double). Continue to a second double room and finally to the bathroom with shower. Other things to note You can reach the beach of Torre di Chia on foot, which is about 800 m away. The other nearest beaches are 5-10 minutes away by car. But if you really want to explore the South Coast, you have to "interrogate me" and I will explain where to sail and what to visit to leave you with eternal memories of this vacation.
