Kitchen/Great Room: The island bar and dining table easily seat 8 and are open to a spacious great room complete with everything you need for your stay. 50" smart tv. The kitchen includes coffee maker, toaster, griddle, waffle iron, hand mixer, pots, pans, crock pot, cookie sheets, bowls, dishes, and various other kitchen utensils. Full sized dishwasher, washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron. Daily cleaning products are supplied. There are board games stowed in the console. Bedroom/Bathroom 1: The master suite has its own private patio with outdoor furniture and dining, view of the mountains or the lake. You will love to try out the SLEEP NUMBER 360 KING SMART bed with remote. Private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and another separate shower makes it easy for fast clean up after a day at the beach. It is stocked with hairdryer, towels, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. ROKU smart tv with remote, Remote blinds. Lay in bed and control your world. Bedroom 2: Sunny and tranquil, queen bed with scenic views of the mountains and outdoor eating area. Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with FULL size mattresses and two additional TWIN sized floor mattress, room to play or store extra luggage and belongings. Outdoor seating: Two picnic tables seating up to 8 people on the north side of the house. Another separate seating group with cushioned couches, coffee tables, chairs, and end tables and an additional outdoor dining for 8 on the south side of the house. Both areas are very private and have beautiful views of the mountains. Comfortable adirondack chairs for adults and children around the fire pit and in the front yard. The front deck has cushioned couches, coffee table and chair with a beautiful view of the large grassy front yard and lake. Outdoor activities: Lifetime adventure tower with playhouse, swing set, monkey bars, and climbing wall for the kids to have a blast expending their extra energy. The playground also includes a climbing dome for the brave souls. The charming playhouse with dishes and pretend food will spark the imagination of the little tykes. Use the paddles and balls for a rip-roaring challenge of soccer, football, volleyball, pickleball, or badminton...then try out your skills at the horseshoe toss, disk golf, or take on an opponent at tetherball. The youth can shoot basketball hoops on the kids sports court - the adjustable basket works for many ages and heights of children. There's an outdoor activity for everyone to participate in or watch! In the mornings or evenings you may surprise a deer or two in the yard, owls in the trees and other wildlife. Pavilion (40 feet x 40 feet) is a short distance from the home and may be shared with other guests. There are four six-foot picnic tables and also doubles as a non-standard pickleball court, dance floor, or place to have your own family theater or talent show. Location and parking: We're located 5 miles north of the Bear Lake Utah State Marina (easy access). Bring your boat, jet skis, or ATV. Our place is privately gated with lots of free parking day and night. Off-road trail head to Fish Haven Canyon and hundreds of miles of trials are a couple of blocks away -- just drive up Loveland Lane to the parking area (See also BearLake .org ATV Trails & Maps). Make sure you visit the famous North Beach State Park (5 miles), Minnetonka Cave (10 miles), and Bloomington Lake (15 miles). Close to Garden City festivities, restaurants, and activities (7 miles). Mike's grocery store is nearby. Camping/RV on site: There is space for tents or RV parking. Additional guest fee is $25/person/night. No RV hook-ups. Guest access Check yourself in with the key pad.
