Private mountain getaway near lake and ski resorts

Home is ideal for (6) adults and (4-6) children. We hope you enjoy our vacation home as much as we do! There are so many things that Lake Harmony and the surrounding communities have to offer - we encourage you to explore and take in as much as you can while you are here. The space This is a family oriented home and is not suitable to accommodate large adult gatherings (i.e. bachelor/bachelorette parties, milestone birthday gatherings or post prom parties). -Minimum age of the guest booking the rental is 25. Guest booking rental must be present during duration of rental period. -No smoking. This is a non-smoking house. Includes hookahs, e-cigarettes, etc. If any evidence of smoking or burning incense on the property is found, security deposit will be forfeited. -Underage drinking is NOT PERMITTED. -Lake Harmony has quiet hours between 11pm-8am. Please do not create excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. If police are summoned, renter is responsible for any fine incurred. -Unlisted Guests.... only those originally booked with the reservation may stay overnight. Any other person on premises is the sole responsibility of the renter. -NO PETS allowed on property
