This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin Mitte is surrounded by cafes, shops and galleries, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished to its detail. The apartment can accommodate 5 people. The bedroom has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa and a single sleeping sofa chair. The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short. Restaurants, super markets and museums are close by. We do have an elevator. The space This apartment is located in the heart of the old eastern part of Berlin Mitte. Refurbished in February 2023, it combines the charme of an old building, a classic Berlin flat with vintage and modern furniture. The highlight is the beautiful spacious dining room and the large living room where extra 3 people can sleep on the sofa couch and chair.. The way to several metro, bus and tram stations is very short. You find restaurants, super markets, galleries and museums close by. It has beautiful small shopping streets close by located in the well known area of Berlin called "Mitte". There is a wide range of restaurants available with different directions and price ranges. The living room is equipped with a sofa and sofa chair, sideboard and a TV. The living room can also be used as an additional sleeping room. The sofa and the sofa chair can be turned into either 2 single beds or into 1 double bed. Please know that they are not as comfortable as a propper bed. You have also a small beautiful working desk in the living room. The dining room has a big dining table including 2 lounge chairs. You find also a dish washer and washing machine in the apartment. The combination of rough and clean walls, pastel tones allover and the mix of designer and vintage furniture makes this apartment so special. But also their pleasantly location in the center of Berlin is a good for exploring the city. Guest access Our guests can use the entire apartment for themselves. As a workplace for yourself or with friends for a relaxing evening out. Other things to note IMPORTANT If you have guests during your stay, they may come to you. However, for stays of extra guests we will charge an extra 25 Eur for each guest per day. Therefore, please register your guests always in time with us.
