I travel frequently for work, so if your dates coincides with my out of town schedule come enjoy the best of California living. It has all the amenities you need. Open living room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the corner of two canals. Watch them film movies and TV shows outside the living room from the U shaped couch. Living room has state of the art entertainment system with 65" flat screen TV with Blu-Ray, Netflix, and all digital Apps. The TV is connected to a surround sound system which also doubles as a computer screen. The master BR has a king bed and the guest bedroom a cozy queen. There is a 55" TV in the Bedroom for watching movies in bed. Most of the house is a smart home and is voice equipped with Alexa for turning the lights on and off. Beach chic with a modern convenience. The house is offered completely furnished with comfortable contemporary furniture and linens and towels. Our apartment is available for short and mid term rentals. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove and full refrigerator -- everything you need to have great meals in our sun kissed dining room. The entire garden flat is both spacious and relaxing with outdoor patio furniture and a fire pit and Weber Gas grill. You have your own private yard in the front right on the canal. There is a small seating area on the balcony. Also available are beach towels, chairs, and accessories. Bike/Surfboard rentals available one block away. It is a wonderful calm place, but at the same time a stone's throw away from Venice Beach, the top tourist destination in California.
