Hinton Guest House-I-40 & Route 66-No Cleaning Fee

The Guest House is a place for rest and relaxation. It is filled with natural light and comfortable furnishings. We hope to provide hospitality & respite for travelers & folks visiting family. We've seen memes & complaints regarding some Airbnb listings' cleaning fees & ridiculous checkout requirements! That's not us. To make the process more transparent, we don't have a cleaning fee. Rest assured, we won't expect you to take out the trash, do the laundry, or clean the House when you depart. The space Located just 5 minutes south of I-40, the Guest House sits on a corner in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Although it feels secluded, it is close to every amenity. A grocery store and a fabulous coffee shop are both an easy walk from the House. We will have cold water in the fridge and snacks on the counter when you arrive. There are pastries or cereal for breakfast -- or you may wish to make your own waffles! Of course, coffee and tea are plentiful. Parking is under the awning on the north side of the house. Access is through the back door, adjacent to the parking area. Other things to note Please note that animals are not permitted on the property. We serve several family members and guests, and -- most importantly -- the person who helps us clean, who suffer from severe allergies. We endeavor to make the space safe and enjoyable for everyone.
