Our property is ideally situated right on the tram line offering hassle-free access to Murrayfield Stadium. Whether you're attending a rugby match, concert, or event, you can hop on the tram at "West End stop" and arrive at Murrayfield in just 20 minutes. Nothing has been overlooked with Smart consoles for each room; these allow guests to control the heating for each room separately, listen to tunes in each room, and set up lighting to suit their individual moods! There are two bathrooms on the property. One with a shower and one with a bath and shower over. There is a Smart TV in each bedroom as well as in the sitting room. Very good wifi allows you to work or stream your favourite programmes. The garage has a laundry area. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Please note check-in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. Entry after this time will not be entertained. Check-out is at 10 am. If arriving before 4 pm, please ask about our discount code for Stasher .com. Alternatively, you can store bags at Waverley or the bus station. We are unable to allow bag drops at the moment. Sorry. While we try to remain flexible when less busy, please be prepared to abide by these times for your stay. Other things to note EDINBURGH'S LOW EMISSION ZONE Edinburgh's LEZ comes into effect on June 1st, 2024. This property is within the LEZ. If you intend to come by car please check out the restrictions imposed by Edinburgh City Council otherwise you may face a fine. Parking charges are applicable 7 days a week within Zones 1 to 4. Please check the rules and pricing before you park. Other areas of the city may offer free on-street parking, however, please do check signs on the street. Evergreen Property will not be held liable for any parking charges incurred. This property has a dedicated parking spot for the duration of your stay. WORK HOURS -communication Evergreen Property has staff managing the Airbnb App from 8 am to 10 pm 7 days a week. Please do not expect an answer outside of these hours. After 5pm, we would ask all guests to message initially via the App, not phone or text as the app is monitored by evening staff and the phone number is for emergencies only. Please also note before booking, that Check in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. We generally do not allow check-ins after 10pm so if you think you may arrive after 10pm, please message us before booking. TOILETRIES AND LOO ROLL Each toilet will be provided with 2 loo rolls - regardless of length of stay and after that, guests are expected to buy their own. Whilst we endeavour to have hand soap, shampoo etc at each property, this is not always possible due to logistics. And, if you have a favourite brand of toiletry we would urge you to bring your own. Many properties have refillable (not recyclable) toiletry containers - if they are empty, please alert us to this but DO NOT recycle. TAP WATER Edinburgh tap water is safe to drink. There is no need to buy bottled if you do not wish to. TRAVEL ADAPTORS Please bring your own adaptors. These are not provided. LICENSING This property has been granted a licence. TRAVEL INSURANCE Lastly, we advise you to take out appropriate travel insurance against the need to cancel your trip etc. DUVETS/BLANKETS Please note that we only supply one duvet per bed. If you require an extra duvet you may request one in advance, however, there may be an extra charge and this is also subject to availability. FORGOTTEN ITEMS If you require any forgotten items to be returned there will be a £25 administration fee plus the cost of postage. This should be paid directly to Evergreen Property. Details will be shared when required. ALLERGIES OR ANY HEALTH CONDITIONS If you have any allergies or any health conditions we should know about please do inform us at booking.
