Our **cozy apartment** on the **first floor of an old Bremen house** is in a beautiful location in Bremer Neustadt. The house is located on a **main road**, but offers a pleasant feel-good atmosphere** inside. Thanks to the central location, you can quickly reach the **old town** or the **green Please note that this is an **old building** – the typical charm also brings with it a certain **noise level**. 🚧 **Unfortunately, the balcony is currently unavailable for use.** The space "VILLA KUNTERBUNT" has two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a small balcony. 🚧 **Note:** The **balcony is currently being renovated** and unfortunately **cannot be used**.
