9 x 10 bedroom with full sized bed. The space All ceramic tile flooring, private bathroom for guest. Large kitchen, 2200 square feet. Guest access Front door access. All common spaces including kitchen, living room, dining room, front and back patios, lanai, fence in yard are shared.
