We have prepared a Guest House for you with an area of over 100m2. The three bedrooms in the attic can accommodate 9 people. There is also a TV room and a small bathroom in the attic. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a spacious, comfortable corner sofa, a large table for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and a very rich set of dishes. Another bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The house is adjacent to a winter terrace with another table, a corner sofa, and a piano. A stone terrace in front. The space Please remember that the House on the Ponds is one of three on the property and you may have contact with other Guests. The house has its own lounge area with garden furniture. In case of bad weather, you can spend time in the winter garden. It is not a botanical garden ;)) even though there are plants in it. In winter, we are not able to provide the same temperature as inside - it is usually 10-15 degrees. Guest access Guests can use the entire house, winter garden, terrace and garden furniture. Gill is for sharing with the Yellow House Guests. Other things to note I don't live on the premises. In case of any problems, I will try to help as soon as possible. The house has central heating / heaters / powered by a heat pump. The fireplace works only locally / there is no heat distribution / It can only be used when the outside temperature is below zero. We will provide wood in such cases on request and free of charge. There are days with a clearly limited telephone network coverage. The Internet works best in the winter garden and there should be no problems with it. Autumn flooding and winter caused significant damage to the ponds. Among other things, it destroyed the bridges.
