My place is open to both tourist and New Yorkers. My cousin is a very quite person, and I wish my apartment keep very peaceful and comfortable place. However, this is not an ideal place to someone who want to use my place as a library, movie theater, game room or a home office and stay the apartment 24/7. ***If you need a bit more hand holding or hotel-standard accommodations, this is not going to be a good match.***
