Welcome to our little piece of paradise, nestled in the dunes on the Chesapeake Bay. Contactless entrance from your 12' x 30' open deck. Parking on site, next to entrance. Private studio with Kitchenette and private bathroom is on the 1st floor of our home. Enjoy beach walks, kayaking, day tripping or just relaxing. The beach is just a short walk over the dunes. Backyard is yours to share. Conveniently located to ORF Airport, Norfolk Navy Base, Col Williamsburg / Busch Gardens, Va Beach. The space Private home waterfront on the Chesapeake Bay. Guest room is located on the 1st floor, which includes exclusive use of covered deck, (with back-yard view of the Bay over the dunes) The unit includes Private Bedroom with hallway to private Bathroom and kitchenette. Roku TV for streaming. Coffee maker, Mini Fridge and microwave included. Outdoor grill available upon request. Beach chairs and towels included. Parking available right next to the house. Guest access You will have driveway access and parking next to the house. The first floor is all yours with the back deck included. You are welcome to use the yard and the beach access. We have beach accessories for your use (beach chairs, umbrella, etc). Kayaks may be available upon advance request to experienced adventurers. Other things to note Beach access is path from back yard over the dunes. Stay on sandy path and boards, and watch out for sticky burrs and cactus along the way. Shoes are recommended for the walk to the beach.
