A safe clean comfortable environment will suite singles travelling alone and mature couples. A private compact suite not a shared area has an entrance seperate to our own. Private bathroom within the suite. 15 min drive to Airport 2 min walk to the beach 10 min walk to Palm Bch CBD cafes restaurants supermarket. The convenience of a cafe next door for early morning coffee and eats. Our property boarders a busy road. Traffic noise can be heard at busy times considerably quieter at night. The space We have a large home and we have created a completely private seperate guest suite attached to the back of our house. We are not beach front but one house back from the beach and our property fronts a main road. The suite has a small dining table/work space. A kitchenette with coffee maker/toaster/microwave/fridge. An ensuite bathroom. I have provided photos for you to better understand the room layout as I do not want you to be disappointed in the accommodation on offer. We are in an ideal position for the beach shops and close to the airport although our property boarders a busy road so there is the potential for traffic noise in busy peak hours, it is considerably quieter at night. Please consider our accommodation may not be suitable if you are a light sleeper. Plenty of free street parking although at times I can offer onsite parking please enquire when booking. Alternatively public bus stops are located just outside our property gate allowing you to travel anywhere on the Gold Coast in air-conditioned buses. Other things to note I live with my husband Zack. We are a happy safe family home environment. A short 2 min walk to the beach. This accommodation may not be suitable for you if you are a light sleeper as we are on a main road. If you are young looking to party be noisy and loud then this accommodation is not for you as we are a quiet happy family home. We are a friendly easy-going couple and we welcome you to our home.
