The space This delightful three-bedroom cottage, located in a tree-lined street within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, wine bars, parks and a corner shop and three blocks from the city centre, is the perfect place to stay while visiting and exploring the beautiful Orange region. Comfortably furnished. Walk or short drive to cafés, restaurants, bars, the theatre, gallery, museum, Duntreyleague golf course, parks and night markets. Self-contained cottage of three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining areas. This house is being lovingly renovated to restore the original country charm. Front bedroom has a modern king-sized bed. Second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and third bedroom has two single beds which can be converted into a king sized bed, if requested. Each bedroom has a pedestal fan. Enjoy breakfast or relax and unwind on the front verandah or in the private front garden. The lounge has a new 3-seater lounge and a large TV & a portable evaporative air conditioner. Portable electric heaters in winter, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen with breakfast staples are provided. Bathroom has a large claw-foot bathtub for soaking after a busy day. Winter in Orange can be cold (it sometimes snows) with temperatures in single digits. To make sure you are warm we have heaters in the bedrooms, quilts/doonas and wool blankets too, just in case. Each bed has two pillows, for the book readers among us. The bathroom has a heated towel rail too. The cottage is double brick so once you cool or warm the space, the temperature stays stable for a long time. ENJOY! Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy, and you can park your car out front under the majestic oak trees. Please park parallel to the kerb. Off street parking is also available and is recommended at night. Key is available in the lockbox on site. Details provided prior to check in.
