Frank's House

This is a classic old beach house right on the beach, with views of the sea , banksias and on a quiet lane. There is a track from the house down to the sand. It's a real family getaway we have loved for years , very comfortable with everything you need . The house is older south coast style , but we have upgraded the bathrooms and keep a fully equipped kitchen . Linen and bedding is provided for the number of guests requested. Please BYO bath towels. (Sorry, no pets , as we are not fenced ) The space There is nothing but the banksia and the birds between you and the ocean. The stairs are external, like many of the original beach houses. (Please take note if you have difficulty with stairs) We are on a large block of land so there’s plenty of space. It’s not a modern, but our classic south coast family beach house which we share on Airbnb , we hope you enjoy it for its simplicity and location. We upgraded the bathrooms and kitchen so that everything is clean, functional and up to date. Upstairs - king bedroom, lounge, fireplace, kitchen , bathroom with bath and deck with gas BBQ and a beautiful view. It is a peaceful residential locale, so please be respectful of the reasons we love it. Guest access Whole house Other things to note Please bring your own surf towels , boogie boards and surfboards. There is a great surf school and paddle board / kayak hire nearby. We have a couple of basic bicycles and helmets you can use to cycle around the village. We have NBN wifi and a Fetch set top box to sign into your favourite streaming apps and view TV. As well, bring your HDMI cable to connect your laptop to either TV screens for streaming content. There is a DVD player upstairs, and the second tv downstairs has an I built DVD player and a video player. We politely ask that the BBQ and BBQ gas bottle is the guests responsibility , as we cannot arrange to provide unlimited gas refills. Please be considerate of the next guests to arrive by leaving the BBQ clean with gas available, or an additional cleaning fee will be charged.. Registration Details PID-STRA-5419
