BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms of the apartment are large and spacious with blackout curtains, mattress & pillow protector and 4 pillows for each bed. KITCHEN: The Kitchen is fully equipped - including large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hood, hob, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine. BATHROOM: Large bathroom with walk-in shower. The shower has a large rain shower and a standard handheld one and also has instant hot water. The apartment has a water pressure pump. UNIQUE FEATURES: Besides the stunning views of the penthouse, one of its unique features is one of the bedrooms which has a glass wall with blackout curtains giving the option to open the curtains for a glorious sea view from the bedroom. All exterior windows & doors have a mirror film on the outside, resulting in 100% privacy. Fast fiber optic WiFi throughout the apartment indoor / outdoor areas. The WiFi is steady and fast and its a private connection solely for the penthouse use - no other apartments on the building share this connection. It is possible to connect your laptop or desktop using a broadband cable if you wish (not provided). TV: 42 inches Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix. LAUNDRY: Besides the washing machine, there is an iron and ironing board as well as clothes drying rack with pegs. *** Free mid stay Housekeeping service every 7 days for stays of 14 days and above (upon request). Housekeeping service includes cleaning of the property and fresh linen & towels. Mid stay Housekeeping service for less than 14 days stays is available on request and charged extra. Baby cot & high chair can be hired at €30 each for the duration of your stay. * The apartment is situated on the 6th floor. The building elevator is stopping on the 5th floor and then you have to take 1 set of stairs to the 6th floor. * At the building entrance there is a staircase to get to the elevator area of the building. * Electricity is included in the price for 20kWh per day which is more than sufficient for usage of all appliances at the property including airconditions. If consumption is exceeded, the difference will be charged extra at €0.40 per Kwh. The meter is read on arrival and departure.
