‘The Suite Spot’ is in a restored historic home located in the Historic District of Concord, NC. We are within walking distance of a winery breweries, ice cream shop, restaurants, local retail shops, churches & event venues. Our guests can enjoy a private large bedroom with full size bed, small refrigerator, coffee maker, TV, club chair & desk area. It joins private bathroom with shower/tub combo and double sinks. A small library with recliner & windowseat is across the hall The space Our historic home is perfectly located in the historic district among beautiful homes. We are within walking distance of a winery, breweries, event venues, churches, and restaurants. In a couple mile radius are a greenway, The Depot Antique Mall, additional breweries and wineries, Cabarrus Arena, and shopping. Also nearby is Whiskey Prison Distillery, Whit Owl Antique Mall, Concord Mills Outlet Mall, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Reed Gold Mine, PNC Music Pavilion, Sea Life Aquarium, White Water Rafting Center and all that Charlotte has to offer. Guest access Guests will use the front door. They may enjoy the use of the front porch. Guests have full use of the guests’ bedroom, bathroom and library across the hall. We don’t mind if guests would like to sit on our back deck over looking the yard or to sit on the front porch. During your stay We greet our guests at the front door and show them to their suite. We respect our guests’ privacy but are available for any questions, help or recommendations that may be needed. Other things to note We provide all linens, paper products, first aid items, soaps and lotion. Guests will have personal coffee pot, with coffee, tea bags and mugs provided. We also include wine glasses, cork screw and water glasses.
