Nearby cafes are available for meals or you can cook simple meals. Take one minute walk to Guerilla Bay beach or enjoy stunning views from your own outside table in the front garden. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common. The space Guerilla Bay Hideaway is a secluded, completely private, quality, independent bedsit (no living room) unit with all mod cons including a large bath and 43 cm Smart T.V. ,WIFI and phone reception. Private off street parking and entrance to the unit. Dogs are not accepted as Bluey the tame blue tongue lizard and Spike the friendly echidna would be upset. Please dont ask if your dog can come. Breakfast is not part of the arrangement. There are several funky cafes nearby ( 5 mins) , suitable for breakfast; The Mossy, The Rivermouth and 360 at Mosquito Bay. The kitchenette is suitable for breakfast and lunch and very simple dinners, as it is very small. The fridge is 120 L, so small but larger than a bar fridge. It offers the basics- salt and pepper, oil , sugar, tea and coffee. Great Seafood ,Thai, Italian, Indian to name a few , restaurants are nearby in Batemans Bay. Also Tomakin Club and Smokey Dans 5 minutes north ( Club has a courtesy bus) . 3 Sisters take away Thai 8 minutes south at Mossy Point. Take away Pizza at Malua Bay 5 mins north. Guest access Come and enjoy this superb property, take a 30 second walk down to the beach for a morning dip before breakfast. Sunset drinks on your own private table on the shared paved deck, feasting on the views over the beach, will complete your relaxation. Other things to note The unit has a small kitchenette suitable for breakfast and lunch and there are multiple good eateries and restaurants nearby. I will leave a list for you. The kitchen offers hotplates and microwave, a small toaster-oven and everything else you will need. If you arent charged thr $100 cleanening fee due to a glitch, I will request it after your booking.
