Separate toilet and bathroom and a large kitchen, living and dining are with all the amenities you'll need. The outdoor patio and garden is perfect for relaxing with a coffee, glass of wine and spending quality time with friends and family. Wheelchair access through garage. The space Rosie's Cottage is wheelchair accessible through the garage and throughout the property. Guests have use of a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster in the kitchen. Crockery and cutlery is available, as well as tea towels and other kitchen items. Linens are included and guests have access to laundry facilities. Off-street parking is available for 2 cars, plus on-lawn parking. Street parking is also available. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, garden and garage, however please note that cars cannot be parked in the garage as it contains a large access ramp into the house. Other things to note Rosie's Cottage offers fresh bread and milk on arrival, plus a few simple pantry products such as pasta, salt & pepper and tinned goods will be available.
