My place is a very convenient and cozy space for people on business or on vacation. It is a simple yet spacious 36-square meter rectangular studio with floor to ceiling windows that feature an unobstructed view of the beautiful Cubao-Ortigas skyline. The space The place is very simple but has access to all your needs for either a short-term or a long-term stay. We have a queen-sized bed, a single pull-out bed, and two more folding foams. Ample beddings and towels will be provided during your stay. We also provide basic toiletries. For entertainment, we have a 65" flatscreen in front of a 3-seater L-shaped sofa. This is perfect for binge-watching series through our complementary Netflix subscription with our high-speed (200 mbps) fiber connection. Books and coloring materials in the shelf can also be used for the little ones (or if you feel like doing a digital detox). We currently have the most powerful window-type airconditioner in the building. You don't have to worry about the summer heat when you're staying at our place. The kitchen has a rangehood that we advise be used EVERYTIME YOU COOK. There is also a microwave, ricecooker, stovetop, and a refrigerator you can use. All the utensils and condiments in the kitchen are free for use. A breakfast table can be used for eating takeout from the plethora of restaurants outside or drinking coffee with the coffee maker. There is a hot-shower. You can turn it off when you want to have a cool shower especially during summer. There is also a small pail and dipper available (for pinoys at heart). We are slowly upgrading our place to make it more homey, so feel free to leave suggestions on what you think would make future guests have a fantastic stay. 😃 Guest access Guests are free to lounge inside the groundfloor lobby. They can also go star-gazing or get a panoramic view of the QC skyline on the 31st floor viewdeck. The pool, jacuzzi, shower room, gym, and sauna on the 9th floor are also free for use. Other things to note Please treasure and respect our home like your home. We would appreciate it if things are handled with care and no parties are held in our unit. We only clean the unit once before check-in, additional requests for cleaning will incur a cleaning fee of Php 600. For monthly stays, there is free cleaning every 2 weeks. For short term stays, no extra linens are provided. For monthly stays, one extra set is provided.
