The apartment has a north and south balcony with seating and a kitchen as well as a living room. The garage is ideal for parking the bikes in summer. In winter, you are 150 m from the new chairlift (built in 2017), which takes you to the ski resort of Eischoll and Unterbäch. The space Eischoll is located in the canton of Valais above the Rhone Valley on a terrace at 1230 m above sea level. By car, Eischoll can also be reached by Turtmann or Visp in winter via a well-developed road. The quiet hiking area around Eischoll offers all hiking routes to their taste. In winter, Eisholl offers beautiful runs without the hustle and bustle of the large ski resorts. A chairlift and 1 ski lift take you to over 2'200 meters above sea level. In addition to the restaurant with large sun terrace, the children's drag lift and children's playground are easily manageable. The cozy 3.5-room apartment in the upper part of the Valais mountain village of Eischoll (500 inhabitants)offers you a good starting point in summer as well as winter. You can park your car in the parking space in front of the garage. The garage itself can be used as an additional room, but is not included in the rent for parking cars. For the skis (or other sports equipment), a ski room is available on the ground floor. The apartment on the 3rd floor has 2 balconies with magnificent mountain views. In the master room there is 1 double bed and in the children's room there is a 2 bunk beds, each with direct access to the north balcony. In addition to bathroom, with bath, it has a kitchen-living room with dishwasher and microwave. Furthermore, it has a TV 54 inches with satellite reception ASTRA and Hotbird (all Swiss programs in HD) and Blueray  and direct access to the south-facing balcony. There is also a nice dining table in the living room for sitting together comfortably. Laundry room with washing machine can be used according to plan. Tourist taxes are included in the price in the additional costs. We completely renovated the apartment in 2018–2019 and stylishly furnished it. Nevertheless, we would like to make the apartment available to guests who enjoy the peace and quiet and leave the apartment as they found it. In 2025, the entire house was renovated from the roof to the top of the base. The facade was half enclosed with larch wood, which grows in Eischoll, including the balcony parapets. The balconies have been completely renovated and have an inviting epoxy floor. On the roof, we installed a PV system with 69 kVA peak power.
