Our guest apartment is a peaceful, bright, private space with undercover parking and entry from the carport. Situated in a quiet street in walking distance from Wentworth Falls Lake, and easy drive to all the main sights of the Blue Mountains. We have a luxury bathroom with a fabulous shower with a heated floor. There are also comfy chairs in the sitting room/ kitchenette. Reverse cycle air conditioning will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Note: we’re not set up for small children. The space Bluehaven has a queen bed, 2 comfy chairs to sit and watch TV, books, DVD player and a selection of DVDs. There is also a chromecast on the TV which allows you to stream from your phone or iPad. We have recently bought a coffee machine for our guests’s use. Also in the kitchenette are a fridge, microwave, bench top oven/hot plates, toaster and plenty of cookware. There are 2 stools for you to sit at the bench for breakfast or to use your laptop. The room overlooks the garden which you are invited to enjoy. The BBQ area is a shared space which you are very welcome to use. Bedding There is a selection of bedding to choose from. A light cotton blanket if its warm, a doona if cooler and an electric blanket for when its cold. There is also a reverse cycle air-conditioner for your convenience. We are happy for you to use the laundry facilities if needed. Our house is within walking distance from Wentworth Falls Lake, a popular and picturesque picnic spot. Katoomba and the Three Sisters are just a 10 minute drive away. Guest access The guest suite is private and just off the carport where you are welcome to park under cover. Although under the same roof as the main house, it has its own separate entrance at one end. The BBQ area in the garden is also available for your use. Other things to note Wentworth Falls has several coffee shops, boutiques, a famous German bakery, an antique bookshop, a small supermarket and a great pub. There is also a large fresh water lake within walking distance. This is a popular picnic spot and a great place for a morning walk. If you're a golfer there is the Country Club nearby which also has meals at night. There are also golf courses at Leura and Blackheath. Leura, just 5 minutes away or one train stop away is a popular shopping village with many boutique shops, coffee shops, cafes and restaurants. Katoomba, 10 minutes drive or 2 trains stops is the home of the famous rock formation, the 3 Sisters and many walking tracks. The Charles Darwin walk begins at Wentworth Falls and is an easy walk leading to our famous 'Wentworth Falls'. Registration Details PID-STRA-3892
