The first level master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. Additional first level bedrooms have one with a queen bed and one with a single and pyramid bunk. These two bedrooms share a bath. The upper level has a sunny, spacious living room with lots of seating, a dining area seating up to 10 people, kitchen and second master bedroom with a queen bed and bath. Just off the dining area is a screened porch with table and chairs for dining. Decks on both levels provide access to enjoy those fantastic views. The first-level master bedroom, currently a queen, will now feature a king bed. The bedroom with two singles will be converted to a queen bedroom. More payment options are available after booking. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
