For daily needs there is a kiosk right outside the door. REWE supermarkets (2x) and a LIDL supermarket are within walking distance in 5 minutes reachable. The "Königstraße", Germany's longest shopping street and the shopping mall "Gerber" are within a 5 minute walk reachable. The newly opened shopping mall "Milaneo" (more than 300 shops) can be reached within 10 min by subway. Not far from our house are two metro stops (Bopser and Österreichischer Platz). You can reach the main station of Stuttgart within 10 min. Thanks to its convenient location the 'Messe Stuttgart' (fair) or the airport are easily to reach via the "Weinsteige" street. Parking is possible on the roads in our district or in a public parking garage (Österreichischer Platz). Guest access Room and features: You rent a bright, about 20 square meters large room, on the 5th floor. It has a high ceiling, typical old building. The apartment is heated by gas central heating. Of course, Wi-Fi is included in the price. One of the two living rooms including a TV can be used. The air bed has the size of 1.60 m x 2.00 m. In the room there is a designer desk (Eiermann) with Charles Eames Panton Chair (original 1976!) And a desk lamp. Bedding, pillows, (wool) ceiling and towels are provided free of charge. Free use of our well equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, stove, dishwasher and regular kitchen staff is possible. During your stay Let's have a chat while drinking a glass of wine. Other things to note Wi-Fi included, but no illegal downloads! Smoking is only allowed on balcony.
