This newly constructed, private cottage is located in the Historic Bathhouse District of downtown Truth or Consequences. It's bright and cheery, offers a stunning view of Turtle Mountain and the night sky. Best of all is it's private natural hot spring bath with super hot water for your soaking pleasure. We recently added an outdoor shower. It's within 5 minute walking distance of the Rio Grande river, coffee shop, movie theater, grocery store, yoga studio, thrift shops, and more! Everything in this house is new including beautiful bamboo floors, slate shower, granite countertops, stainless appliances, outdoor shower and hot mineral water bath. Pets at this property are periodically allowed at this property with an additional fee of $50 and 1 dog maximum. Guests are required to clean up after the dog or there's an additional $50 clean-up fee. By agreeing to book a stay at The Teal Cottage, you acknowledge that (1) you will be soaking in the hot springs at your OWN risk. and (2) guests are strictly not permitted to invite or host non-guests at the property without prior permission of host. You understand there are potential dangers that soaking in very hot water may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person who has health risks, or soaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from use of the hot spring. All Airbnb Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host. - We strongly prefer for guests to not wear shoes around the house. - Please observe our neighborhood's noise policy which begins quiet hours at 10pm. - Guests are strictly not permitted to invite non-guests onto the property without prior permission of host.
