MITEGA is a 100 m2 independent apartment on the first floor of the building. Renovated in 2014 and early 2015, the apartment is comfortable and plainly furnished, appropriate for couples, families and small groups and may host up to 8-9persons. MITEGA APARTMENT It is composed of a large dining room with a kitchen, a wide living room with a sofa bed for one person and a half, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms WITH CONDITIONED AIR (two double and one with a bunk bed with a third that can be pulled out). PRIVATE GARDEN and LIFT. It may host 9 persons. The bedrooms, bathrooms and entrance are underfloor heated and each room is fitted with a thermostat to adjust the temperature as desired, whereas the living room and the kitchen are heated by radiators. We are a family with five children: Michele (2012) Teresa and Gabriele (2013) Ester (2015) and Maria (2018). We love travelling both in Italy and abroad. Therefore we know that travelling with children requires a certain amount of organisation... and a rather wide car boot! This is why we are trying to meet your needs providing all that is necessary for your children to feel comfortable and to ensure you a good stay. We put cots, high-chairs, changing tables at your disposal as well as a play area in the living room, equipped according to the children's age. When booking, please specify the children's age and any particular requirement so that we have enough time to best prepare the apartment. We will also be glad to inform you about playgrounds, hikes and attractive places that you can reach (with or without pushchairs) depending on your preferences and your needs. ARE YOU BACKPACKING IN COUPLE OR IN A GROUP, you have no car? No problem! We can offer you all the information on how to better use public transport (bus C10 stops only 10 metres from our door), on the cultural events in the area and on the various hikes to do, even starting directly from home.
