Our riverfront oasis is centrally located in a Bird Sanctuary 15 min. to MIA, Miami Beach, Brickell, Sun-Life Stadium, 5 min. to Wynwood/Design District. The studio sleeps 2 and offers a private entrance, bathroom, mini-kitchen, parking, and laundry. Right now, I am mainly accommodating long term stays 28 days or longer as we frequently host medical students for 2-9 months at a time. If you have a stay of at least 2 weeks long, please feel free to reach out and I can try to work with you. This cozy one bedroom/one bathroom is totally private and the natural, riverfront backyard offers shady cover perfect for picnicking, reading a book, or watching wildlife. Upon arrival, you will be able to use your own separate driveway if you need to park. The private room provides you with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee and coffee maker, as well as dishes and a place to eat. There is a hairdryer available for your use as well as shampoos and lotions as you need them. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dresser, cable TV and wireless internet. We are happy to provide you with important numbers, directions, and insider local knowledge of places to see and things to do upon your arrival, but interaction is not necessary and our living spaces are separate both with our own private entrances. Don't be surprised to see a group of peacocks wander through the front yard and watch jumping fish leap out of the water in the back yard. It's truly a natural oasis! This is a safe and quiet neighborhood with a very visible police presence. There is a bus stop located about 5 blocks away. Uber and cabs are also readily available and we are located about 2 minutes from I-95.
