Everything is for you Our brand new spacious house So I think you can have a relaxing time n comfy in this house. My house is located in the 2 stories house. There is kitchen, toilet,shower room n living room on the first floor The bed room is upstairs and there is also a rooftop. Maximum 4 people can stay The space ‘’We have a license for vacation rental’’ There are tables and chairs on the rooftop, so you can relax on a sunny day. There is a coin parking on the same property of the apartment There is grocery store(Open until midnight) n convenient store around this apartment The locals are kind and warm. Located in near Shinimamiya station(Nankai Line) 7minutes on foot. ~EQUIPMENT~ Providing 2 double bed(SIMMONS),TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, Bathroom n separate toilet Amenities & equipment available for comfortable stay And we provide FreeWifi, Towels(using Imabari Towels) n Best quality mattress ~Free Wifi device~ ~AMENITIES~ -Fridge, Microwave, Hot Water Pot. -Washing Machine (wash only) -Towels(using Imabari Towels), Basic Toiletries -Air conditioners / Heater -Shampoo , conditioner , body soap ,Hand soap -Laundry detergent and softener -Toothbrush and toothpaste -Razor -Hair dryer -Iron -Dishware and cutlery -scale -rice cooker Guest access You can use everywhere in the room. Please stay as your home. There is no stairs going up and down when you enter the room, and no elevator required as well Please use the coin parking on the premise (Maximum charge 600 yen for 24 hours after parking, maximum 300 yen at night, 100 yen for 30 minutes from 8:00 to 20:00; 100 yen for 60 minutes from 20:00 to 8:00) Other things to note CHECK IN and CHECK OUT 10 AM : CHECK OUT. we can't keep your luggage after check out time.You can deposit it to locker installed in train stations. (However, depending on the schedule of the day, there are times when you can keep your luggage in the room, so please feel free to contact us.) ※Please feel free to contact us if you wish to check out after 10 AM. It may be adjustable depending on the schedule of the day. During 10AM~16PM : Cleaning. 16～21 PM : CHECK IN. Plz feel free to contact us as it is possible to check in after the above time. If I'm available I'll greet you on the day at the apt but If I'm not, you can check in your self (I'll attach the detail how to self check in after you make a reservation) It's keyless door so you need pass code, Let you know it when you book or check in, then come and go whenever you want.(no curfew) You can drop your luggage in the room after 10:30am This listing operates under the "Tokku Minpaku" regulation. We are required to ask you for the following after the booking is confirmed. 1. Fill out the guest list for all members(The guest list is in the room) 2.
