It has 2 floors, with the dining room/open kitchen + full bathroom + double bedroom on the ground floor and a master bedroom + single bedroom with direct access to a full bathroom on the top floor (attic). To access the 2 floors, you must go up a staircase. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building. There is no elevator. The space The entire apartment has large VELUX windows with very nice views of the majestic mountain of Port de Vielha where the Estanh Redó is located and towards the town of Vielha, Casau and Gausach. It has a parking space in the same complex. Basic Items You Will Find in the Apartment: Bath Towel/Bath Mat for Feet, Hand Soap, Hand Dish Soap, and Toilet Paper. Guest access NO PETS ALLOWED. The reservation does not include bedding and towels. If you need us to prepare them, there will be an extra cost of €20/person and you must notify us at the latest 48 hours before your arrival. There are duvets and blankets in the apartment. Other things to note The reservation does not include linen (3 beds of 90x200 and 1 bed of 135x190) and towels. In case you need us to give it to you, it will have an extra cost of €20/person. On the day of your arrival, you will be required to pay the Tourist Tax: €1.75 per person per day (children under 16 are exempt from paying this tax). 5-7kg (Bichon Maltes style) pets are accepted. A surcharge of €10/day will be charged upon arrival. When I book, I will contact you to send me a copy of the National Identity Documents or Passports of all guests, as the hosts of Tourist Usage Housing we are required to notify our Autonomous Police about their stay. The pandemic caused by the appearance of COVID19 has made us all care even more about the hygiene of our homes, so we want to indicate that in our apartment we have taken all the necessary measures to be able to guarantee them a correct cleaning and disinfection of the same through the use of virucidal products approved by the Health Authorities.
