Charmy apartment in Via Lagrange/3-18 months stay

Welcome to my charmy apartment in Via Lagrange. In a nutshell the most romantic and elegant street in the heart of Torino historic center. The one bedroom apartment is filled with designer details and is located in the courtyard of an historic building, guaranteeing quietness and privacy. Recently renovated, it has everything you need to enjoy a long week-end, or several months away from home, with everything just a few steps away. The space We curated our house with lots of love and care! From the courtyard you access the apartment from a private strairway. On the first floor you will find the large living/dining area filled with iconic italian furnitures, such as the 265 Flos Lamp and the table designed by Vico Magistretti in 1987. The Carrara marble kitchen is costum designed, and has a dishwashing machine, a small hoven and a fridge. The bathroom is spacious and hides a full washing machine. On the other side, the bedroom is located on the building corner and has double exposure, a large queen bed, thons of closets and a small TV with Google Crome-Stream installed. The apartment, that was meticulously renovated in 2018, fases the internal couryard and is surrounded by original windows that guarantee thons of light and a lot of quiteness. Other things to note Note that: - Short stay (-30 days) for tourism purposes, we will sign a short contract and it will be recorded and submitted to the local Prefecture of Police after 24/48 hours of the beginning of your stay. All travellers in Italy are required to submit copy of your Passport when renting accommodations. - Long stay (+30 days) for study or works purposes, As for Italian law, any contract exceeding 30 days, regardless of the amount, need to be registered to the Italian Tax Authority. Therefore we require tenants booking the property for more that 30 days to sign a standard Italian rental 'transitory contract 3-18 month' (in English and Italian) before moving in.
