Renovated one bedroom guest house w garden patio

A renovated one-bedroom guest house located in a leafy neighbourhood with weekday access to the garden and outdoor patio. The space The guest suite is fully enclosed and for your private use only. The main living space includes a large sofa, dining table with four chairs, kitchen area with fridge, cooktop and sink, utensils, plates, pots and pans, and a washer/dryer. The bedroom includes a double bed, closet and desk. There is one bathroom (toilet, sink and shower) that is accessible from the living space and bedroom. Our guests also have access to the garden and deck (with lounge chairs) at the back of the house which is shared with our family. Guest access There is one parking spot on the driveway available for guests to use, although we have a "hidden" driveway so need to take care when coming and going. There are also bus stops conveniently located in front of the house. We also have walking paths up towards Chatswood main city area and down to the national park. Other things to note We have an Apple TV available and guests are welcome to login with their Apple ID to access their account, shows and music. We also offer guests access to our Netflix account.
