This one of a kind 4 bedroom/2 bath house is only two blocks to the bay and just a short walk to the ocean. Conveniently located - sits right in the middle of both Fiesta Bay and Sail Bay. The beach and boardwalk for surfing is about 1 mile away. Close to the beach and bay, restaurants, breweries, shopping, and entertainment but sits in a quiet residential established neighborhood . Enjoy the two beach cruisers or roll the stand up paddle board and kayak to the bay for hours of enjoyment! The space All of the upgrades in this home were carefully chosen and tastefully done in order to create a very relaxing yet modern open living space. You will start to feel yourself unwind as soon as you open the front gate and enter the beautifully landscaped fully fenced courtyard. The spacious living room and small dining area(which can also double as a game table) combination are the first rooms that greet you as you step through the beautiful ocean blue front door. Thanks to the walls and walls of windows you will automatically notice the natural light pouring in! Preparing meals and entertaining will be a breeze in the fully stocked open California-style kitchen with lots of counter space and cabinets. Entertaining will be a breeze with seating for 10 between the small (four person) round table off the living room and the large rectangular dining room table that sits between the kitchen and master bedroom. There is also a beautiful floor to ceiling stacked rock (wood burning) fireplace that anchors the dining room area and compliments the beautiful wood beams above. (Please Note: FIREPLACE IS INOPERABLE). Large sliding glass doors lead you to the backyard deck and BBQ area. Impress your family with fresh squeezed orange juice in the morning and your own home made guacamole at night - and all HANDPICKED by you thanks to the beautiful orange and avocado trees right in your own backyard (*when in season*). Pacific Beach Family Retreat Details: There is a very large master bedroom with big screen(smart) tv, comfortable California king-size bed with high thread count sheets, and comfortable bedding to match. You can access the large master bath from the master bedroom or the door off the dining room area. It provides ample counter space with dual sinks, and a large open walk in shower - with two shower heads on either side. The three additional bedrooms share their own wing on the opposite end of the home from the master bedroom. The second bathroom is conveniently located between the three bedrooms and can only be accessed from the hall - which means you do not have to walk through another bedroom to get to it - providing more privacy for all. The second bedroom can also double as a playroom and/or game room. It has a brand new pull out tempur-pedic sofa bed (sleeps 2) & the third bedroom comes with a trundle bed with a twin mattress on top and a pullout twin that slides out below (sleeps 2). Both bedroom windows look out to the backyard patio area. They are also on either side of the large shared bathroom that sits between them - providing additional privacy for all. The third bedroom on this wing is the largest of the three and sits on the opposite side of the hall from the other two bedrooms and bath. There is a comfortable queen bed along with plenty of drawer/closet space. This home is fully furnished with high quality linens, a fully-equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences one would expect from a high end home - Everything you need for enjoying family dinners at home! Two (mounted) large flatscreen Smart TV's, built in surround sound in living room area, cable, Internet with WiFi plus google extender to keep a strong signal throughout the home, TV in second bedroom/playroom combo. We provide beach towels and equipment to include beach chairs/umbrella and two brand new beach cruisers. (please ask for information on additional bikes if required). No need to find street parking - this home provides tandem parking on the front/side of home that can handle two vehicles. There is one enclosed parking spot in the garage and additional spots in the fenced in back lot area next to the garage that can accommodate either two midsize vehicles or possibly three compact cars. Around the corner you will find three very good restaurants with craft beers, two restaurants for breakfast, and a convenience store for things you forgot or great selection of beverages. Guest access All of our guests have full access to the entire home. It is not a shared space.
