There are 34 acres and you are welcome to explore the vineyard and grass fields. There is an active vineyard and organic farm on property with bee hives. Be respectful and do not pick anything from farm. We appreciate your privacy so we will try not to invade your space. Although there may be workers present during your stay as we are also an active vineyard & winery that requires staff. The Property is part of the Heathen Brewing Company. Heathen Brewing opened in 2012. Heathen creates craft beers in what was a horse barn but now is a full-production brewery of the small scale. This is only 4 miles down the street. In 2015 Heathen Feral Pub opened downtown so that the craft ales could be paired with fantastic food. Fast forward to 2016 and a 34-acre vineyard with winery was added to the tribe. Now Heathen Estate Wine and soon Cider will be part of the Heathen offerings. When you book you will receive a discount code and free delivery of Heathen beer & wine. "Parties or events not allowed unless that has been negotiated in rental". If an unauthorized event occurs this will result in a $1,500.00 fee and water and power to home will be shut off and guests will be escorted off the property. That isn’t what we want to do so please communicate honestly with us so your trip is a good one. This is a house on a vineyard and wildlife is all around. We have a pest mitigation program to keep the critters out of the house the best we can. If there is signs of unwanted animals in the home call or message us and we will come out and do our best to mitigate the problem. This is a country home. Do not rent if bugs or signs of a vermin will upset your visit. There will be no compensation for wildlife appearances in the home.
