The room itself is cosy, has a king single bed and a balcony with an expansive view on the River Derwent. Shared bathroom. The space A beautiful character home, in a quiet area, but close to all the action. Guest access Breakfast provisions will be available. You will be able to cook your own meals if you wish to, use the washing machine, sit in the living room, on the balcony, the deck or in the garden. During your stay There are several of us living in the house. If you wish to interact, that will be easy, but if you prefer some peace and silence, there is always enough room for you to find a quiet living space. Other things to note We have a very friendly small dog. He might bark the first time you knock at the door to alert us of the presence of a stranger, but otherwise, he is very quiet.
