Kitchen & Dining The newly renovated, open concept kitchen and dining space seats six at the table and three at the breakfast bar. Sleeping Arrangements Palm Beach by the Bay sleeps up to 8. There are three bedrooms upstairs: the main bedroom with a queen Sleep Number bed; a middle bedroom with two twin XL beds, and a large front bedroom with another queen sized bed. The second downstairs living space has two daybeds with twin mattresses. Outdoor Spaces Kick up your feet to read and relax on the wrap-round front porch, or enjoy making memories in the private backyard oasis. The private, fully fenced backyard has a dining area on the deck with a Charbroil grill (propane). The patio lounge has two outdoor sofas for endless summer evenings. The newly installed outdoor shower has private dressing area and hot/cold water. Guests are welcome to enjoy our selection of yard games to make use of the large open green space. All outdoor spaces are lit for your convenience and enjoyment. You have the entire house, yard, and driveway to yourself. Your hosts are happy to communicate with you! It’s an easy walk, bike ride, or golf cart rides to everything downtown Cape Charles has to offer-- beach, restaurants, shops, etc. There are so many ways to get around our town! Palm Beach by the Bay is an easy walk or bike ride from the beach and all the shops and restaurants on Mason Avenue (the main downtown strip). There’s parking throughout town for your car or a rented golf cart, if that’s your preference. Private parking is available in our private driveway.
