Description

The home is great as a holiday home for those who would like to tour the Swan valley wine region or to have access to our capital city. Located 5 minutes from the Swan River and 20 minutes from Perth. Bus and train station, cinemas, shops, restaurants and cafes all within a short stroll away. The home is well decorated and maintained and comes complete with all linen, towels etc. The home is well suited for small family extended stays and comfortable living. The space Not only for guests arriving for holidays or local functions the home is well situated for FIFO workers coming or going for short stays as it is only 15 minutes from domestic and 20 minutes from international airports. Guest access WIFI Assistance with transport to/from airport etc can be arranged for most occasions Outdoors: A two car carport attached to the house gives protection to vehicles while through the side gate the Grape-vine lined walkway leads to the private entertainment area at the rear. Bicycles for wine tours are recommended. Living spaces: The family, living, dining is one open area with leather lounge, wide screen TV, glass topped tables and polished dark timber flooring. Kitchen: Modern appliances including, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric stove, microwave built in oven breakfast bar and all black polished granite benches. A multitude of pots pans and cooking equipment for just about any culinary project fill the draws and cupboards. Bedrooms: Main bedroom has Queen sized bed, chest of draws, bed-side tables and wall mounted TV. Second bedroom has Queen sized bed. The Third bedroom has a Double bed and is also equiped with a desk and 4 USB charge points. All bedrooms have wardrobes and storage space. Bathroom: Double vanity, all glass shower with plenty of storage. Laundry: Well equiped with washing machine, iron and ironing board plus broom mop and all necessary cleaning equipment. There is a clothes dryer for use in winter and a full outdoor linen line. The home is well decorated and maintained and comes complete with all linen, towels etc. Off-street, under cover parking in the carport at the front of the home is suitable for 2 vehicles and more free street parking in bays is available across the road. Smoking is not permitted in the house but there are outdoor tables and chairs in pleasant surroundings where smoking is fine. Other things to note The home has been used on several occasions, for extended stays, by international guests on a repeat basis and as such has been found to be convenient,low maintenance and affordable.
