Located 30 minutes from Pisa, 1.5 hours from Florence and 10 minutes from the beautiful medieval city of Lucca, this charming independent residence is situated in the estate of the famous 16th Century "Villa Grabau" in Lucca, Tuscany. You can visit inside the historical villa during your stay. Approx. 210 sqm, the villa consists of two floors, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, private garden, gazebo for alfresco dining and swimming pool. Perfect for families or friends. The space The villa is 210 sqm spread over two floors. There are 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, private garden with gazebo and swimming pool. All rooms have double windows overlooking the beautiful garden. The ground floor consists of a large central living room with two entrances and doors opening onto the garden. It is comfortably furnished with two couches and arm chairs. There is another living room with fireplace, library and satellite TV and a small bathroom with shower. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with an area for dining and also has a door opening onto the garden. The first floor consists of four bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms with bath, shower and bidet. The ample garden, completely separated from the rest of the estate, is rich in plants and flowers. A gazebo just outside the Tuscan villa creates an incredible atmosphere where one can totally relax with an evening drink while watching the unforgettable Tuscan sunset. The exclusive rectangular pool (7m x 14m with a depth from 1.2m to 2.5m) can be found in front of the house, where there is a large space for relaxing as well as a hot shower. There is also a B-B-Q available for use on balmy summer evenings, a ping pong table and a trampoline (note: used is only permitted under the supervision of an adult!) The property, available all year round, is equipped with every convenience: independent central heating, SkyTV, WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and freezer. There is ample space for parking. Extras: Cooking Classes: It is possible to have a chef and/or to organise cooking classes during your stay. This service is organised externally and therefore must be reserved prior to arrival. Lunch or Dinner: There are several restaurants located nearby which cater for families. Golf: Federico is a keen golfer and is happy (time permitting) to have a round of golf with anyone who might be interested. Guest access You have exclusive access to the house and pool and the garden surrounding your house. You are also welcome to enjoy the beautiful gardens of the villa itself. Other things to note Bed and bath linen can be hired on request from a laundry firm at the price of euro 10,00 per person per set of linen. This is required to be paid at the beginning of your stay. A reading will be taken at the beginning and of your stay and will be calculated at the end of your stay.
