Parking located on quiet street. During your stay My wife Angie and I reside at the home with our 2 dogs, Rocco and Rhodes, and our cat Biggie. We are both very easygoing and personable people. We are fully vaccinated. We work full time. My wife is a radio personality and program director for a local Top 40 radio station. I split my time 50% at work (Lawece Livermore National Lab) and 50% at home. We normally head to our room about 7pm on the weeknights. We occupy a separate master suite and bath on the first floor. We have thick plaster walls and noise between upstairs and downstairs, which is minimal, if non-existant. If you are so inclined to join us for dinner, glass of wine, beer, cocktail, coffee or conversation, we welcome that. You can't get any easier going than us and this house. We are also both very familiar with Modesto and the surrounding areas of Northern California and are happy to share that knowledge with our guests.
