3rd charming room in Geneva

Our house is extremely charming. It is part of a small group of 5 identical houses, in a cul-de-sac, built in 1898. Its location 100 meters from the tram, its garden, its tranquility and its proximity to the city center (7 minutes by tram) are its main strengths. The space We have a small garden surrounded by lots of greenery. Rooms 1 and 2 are rather large with a FLOU double bed (160x200). Sheets and towels (ZARA Home) are available. Guest access The common areas are: the bathrooms/toilets throughout the house, the kitchen, the dining room and the 2 living rooms, the laundry room, the ironing room and the garden. My condition is that all areas are tidied and cleaned after the visit. Our cleaning fairies (Monica and Roger) come once a week. They vacuum the rooms, remove dust from the rooms and clean the common areas. Bed linens and towels are changed by the guests themselves. Washing in our washing machine (MERKER 8kg) is possible once a week at the times indicated on the laundry door. In the evening from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and on weekends all day at 5:00 p.m. and in the evening from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. A dryer is also available. ENERGY SAVINGS 2022 - Short showers - Turn off lights when leaving a room - Ventilation in winter max 5min. - Heating max 19°C - Machine wash with a quantity of laundry corresponding to 8 kg. A small box with a code allows you to take a key and open the door, but most of the time there will be a person in the house to welcome the new traveler. During your stay I'm an architect and I work from home. I have a dog and there are often other tenants. I will be available (depending on my workload) to chat, share a meal or show you the city. Other things to note The house is non-smoking, smoking is allowed in the garden or on the covered terrace at the entrance.
