Bass Lake Cozy Cottage - near Yosemite

FREE Non-Motorized Rentals! The Cozy Cottage is close to the lake, restaurants, boating, hiking. Yosemite is 16 miles away. Newly renovated, very private cottage - Great for romantic getaways, solo adventures, and small families. Great appliances/laminated & tile floors/washer & dryer/beach towels/toiletries. WiFi, Board Games, Smart TV with Netflix, and a private deck out back with charcoal BBQ. Doggie door to private deck. Private lakeside beach area available within walking distance. The space Bass Lake is 1 hr drive from Fresno Airport and 15 min to the south gate of Yosemite. You enter the Cottage through the living space (which has a queen sofa sleeper) and laminated floors with the full kitchen and bathroom just off of that with stone tile floors. The bedroom (king bed with pillow top mattress) is separate and leads to the laundry room and redwood deck (comfortable for 2 but can accommodate 4 (using the sofa-sleeper). The bathroom has a shower / tub combo. Our private residence is next door on the same property. The Cottage is completely separate, has plenty of natural light and is very clean. The redwood deck out back has outdoor seating & a propane grill equipped with everything you need. We also have an Automatic Generator for those times when storms or blackouts cause the power to fail (with our system you won't even notice the power is out). Located within walking distance to the start/finish line of the Smokey Bear Run, Yosemite Half Marathon, and the Bass Lake Triathlon. Guest access Guests have access to our semi-private lakeside beach area within walking distance (available only to this neighborhood). Guests will have access to the Cottage which includes a separate bedroom and living space, the back redwood deck, fenced back yard, the laundry room with doggie door to the fenced yard, and 2 parking spaces in front of the Cottage. The Cottage is a separate structure 60 feet from our house. The Cottage does not have wheelchair access and is not suitable for toddlers ( mainly because it is not child proofed - if you have toddlers, let's talk). We allow 1 small dog (limit is 30 lbs and under ), however there will be an additional pet fee of $35- we require that you notify us in advance PRIOR to booking. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or in the bed and keep in mind that pets cannot be left unattended on the property for extended periods of time ( however going to dinner or a movie is okay). Other things to note We allow 1 small dog, however we require that you notify us of this in advance PRIOR to booking. There will be an additional pet fee of $50 if you intend to bring your SMALL dog (limit is 30 lbs ) - and keep in mind that pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bed. Dogs cannot be left unattended at any time.
