Iconic Joglo | Big Private Pool | Berawa Beach

Villa Desa Naga 1 is a wonderful Joglo, typical Balinese architecture, newly renovated. The 8x16 mt private pool is definitely unique in Bali now! You find us on IG: Villadesanaga1_Bali In the heart of Berawa, it's a walk away from shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, medical services and... the beach short walk! The Joglo Villa is part of a private compound of 4, totally safe and protected from the crowded roads of Berawa. Exact location available on Google Maps (Villa Desa Naga 1) The space The space is a mix of Balinese typical wooden structure and modern touch: the open living room is finished with brick&mortar walls for the 2 bedrooms and enclosed bathrooms. This mix is ensuring privacy and sustainable air conditioning consumption. Wi-Fi is strong everywhere, including in the wide garden and the pool area. In case of bookings equal or below 2 people, one of the two bedrooms would be close to save extra cleaning hours, water and energy. If you are not a couple and you need 2 rooms, just please advise us in advance 🙏. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy, privately, any space: the open kitchen, the dining room overlooking the pool, the beautiful garden in addition to the 2 bedrooms equipped with cabinet, safety box, air conditioning and enclosed bathrooms. Every day but Sunday our staff is providing cleaning, pool and gardening service, ensuring guests service and privacy. Massage, tours, taxi services, bike rental can be organized while you are there. Refer to Villa Manager for any information. Laundry services are not provided in the villa however many laundries available in the area. NOTE: our neighbors live in bali permanently and kindly occupied the full access road with their cars. We advise our guests that if you plan to have a car, you can park in the same private road 🙏 Other things to note Few warnings for our guests: CONSTRUCTIONS: happening a few years. There is no local law enforcing developers to communicate date/ time of start/end of works. So far, no constructions happening around. WALK to THE BEACH: The private road heading to the beach has been interrupted due to infrastructural road changes. - To walk to the beach: take the main road heading to Hotel VIU (out of Desa Naga private road, head right) and enter the hotel. Reach the outdoor pool and from there you have direct access to the beach. - If you decide to go by bike, just park the bike within the hotel parking space. NIGHT MUSIC: the Villa is located 300 meters from the beach. Many beach clubs and bars are really a walk away, however in case of wind blowing from the sea, loud music could be disturbing early sleepers over the weekend. PRIVATE ENTRANCE and PARKING: these are common spaces shared with the other villas. The condition is not the best sometimes but we cannot make changes for everyone. We apologize in case you don’t find those spaces at level.
