Our 5 apartments are located in a beautiful Wilhelminian-style house just 2 km from Leipzig city center. With a lot of love for detail, we restored the house with the whole family and tried to preserve its charm and character. Each apartment is individually designed. We'd love to welcome you here and provide you with tips on the city and its surroundings. *The city of Leipzig levies an accommodation tax of 5%, which is included in the price. The space All apartments have their own living and sleeping area, a separate bathroom and a well-equipped mini kitchen. Whether trade fair visitors, conference guests, business travelers, tourists or culture lovers: You are most welcome! LAVENDEL APARTMENT -> completely facing the garden. Not on the street. − 2 beautiful and modern rooms − Quiet, garden-side bedroom (bed 140x200), with floorboards, blackout curtains. Bed linen included. − Charming, garden-side living room, sofa bed (140 x 194), integrated mini kitchen and dining area. − Mini kitchen: fully equipped. Stove, fridge, kettle, coffee/tea maker. Basic assortment of coffee, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar available − Modern bathroom with shower. Towels, soap dispenser and hairdryer provided. - Free Wi-Fi − Cable TV - Current city guide: "Der Stadtschwärmer". - Personally compiled guide with tips and suggestions for the city The house is located close to the city center on a busy street with tram connection. At the rear are five enclosed parking spaces and a quiet garden. Parking spaces can be rented for €7.50/night. Please reserve, the number of places is limited (I have to rent them myself). ***Unfortunately, we currently had to adjust our prices due to the high energy costs. We ask for your understanding. Gas price prepayments alone have increased fivefold. *** Guest access APARTMENT Blue (private area) - 1 bedroom - 1 living room - 1 bathroom with shower LOUNGE Our lounge is also on the same floor as the apartment. It is available to all guests. Here you can meet for breakfast or a glass of wine. Other things to note ACCOMMODATION TAX From April 1, 2023, the city of Leipzig will levy an accommodation tax of 5% on the nightly rate. The accommodation tax IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE and will be refunded in case of no-show. ZeitRaum10 remits the accommodation tax in full to the city. -> IMPORTANT: Airbnb does not differentiate between, for example, children and adults. Please let us know after booking if you are eligible for a discount so that we can refund the accommodation tax if necessary. The refund will be made directly through Airbnb. Exceptions. * Children and adolescents up to the age of 18 * Severely disabled people and their companions * Persons who have to stay in Leipzig for the purpose of a mandatory medical treatment & an accompanying person, if an escort is mandatory. The guest tax applies to business travelers as well as private travelers. An exemption for professional events is not granted.
