The space Sleep well on the Queen adjustable base premium mattress and enjoy a good nights sleep. There is an full sized fridge and cabinet space for your food items. The private bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. Large screen TV is in the living room. Guest access This basement space is for YOU only with your private bedroom, bathroom, sofa and living areas. The laundry facilities are off the living room and shared by others in the house from 9a-9p. Feel free to utilize the upstairs kitchen on the main level, shared with the others in the home. Also available is an electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, etc. Grocery stores are close by so its convenient to prepare your own meals. We stress the importance of a quiet environment therefore heavy cooking in the kitchen is prohibited between 10pm and 8am. During your stay Many guests sit in the living room/kitchen table and we share life stories, share a meal, chat quickly about the adventures of the day as you come and go. Others merely want a bed and place to shower and store your luggage. Any level of interaction is welcome here. During your stay we are able to offer suggestions for local eats, activities, etc. We love meeting new people but work long hours and sometimes have limited interaction with guests. We are very accessible via phone, email or text either during your stay or in advance for planning. We can also communicate via message apps such as What's App, and goo-gle translate (helpful for international guests). If you have any questions or concerns prior to booking about the home, area, etc, send us a message. Other things to note Keypad entry to home so off-hours check-in is available if you arrive when we are not home.
