Next to open gardens & BBQ area. 1 convenient level. Public transport at corner. Close to shops, parks, cafes. Live in owner/host offers tours, driver/pick/drop off to airport minutes away (extra fee). Snorkels, bikes, tennis racquet hire. Cleaning fee $85 to be paid per week for stays over 5 days. The space Quiet, spacious townhouse unit living away from street noise in boutique development own bedroom and bathroom with access to guided tours of city & beaches from live in host/owner. Close to the best of Sydney. Host happy to help with itinerary & set up of activities or driving to places for extra charge. Snorkels, flippers, beach towels, bicycles, tennis racquets, balls available to hire. Happy to be tour guide when in town. Guest access Guests have own bedroom which opens up to back courtyard (has double bed with option of 2nd bed in room or in open area) and full bathroom (with shower, bath and toilet for themselves). Living room, TV and kitchen available for their enjoyment, as well as sunny front and back courtyards and internal laundry. During your stay I am always available via phone. Other things to note I work in entertainment and may have extra tickets to zoo, movies and concerts etc they can take advantage of.
